CHICKEN WINGS IN SICHUAN SAUCE

Ingredients

  • Chicken Wings - 8 (300g)

Seasonings

  • Amoy Sichuan Spicy Noodle Soup Mix - 1 tbsp.
  • Amoy Hoi Sin Sauce - 1 tbsp.
  • Crushed yellow bean sauce - 1 tbsp.
  • Amoy Blended Sesame Oil - 1/2 tsp.
  • Chicken powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • Pepper - A pinch
  • Rose wine - 1 tsp.
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp.

Instructions

  1. Rinse chicken wings and drain.
  2. Marinade with seasonings for half a day.
  3. Deep-fry in boiling oil to golden-brown.
